Four technical books translated

By 30/07/2024July 31st, 2025News

All my translations of mathematics books 🙂

Only a month after finishing the translation of the book Linear Algebra: Theory, Intuition, Code, I’ve now received the copies of the other two textbooks I translated last year. Sometimes everything happens at the same time!

As with the first mathematics book I translated, these two new technical books are aligned with the International Baccalaureate curriculum. While the first one is primary level (International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme), these two are upper secondary level (IB Diploma).

Once again, the translation was commissioned by the prestigious Spanish textbook publishers, Vicens Vives. It makes me feel immensely proud that my clients continue to entrust me with their projects. Here’s a photo of the four books together. One of the many great things about translating technical books is that I get to see and touch the fruit of my work. 😊

After translating four mathematics books, I’d now love to translate a book on physics (another subject I translate regularly as a freelance translator for the International Baccalaureate) or on production or quality control, areas I’m highly familiar with, having worked for several years in production plants. Fingers crossed they come my way!

If you’re looking for a freelance translator who’ll translate your technical or scientific book into Spanish with the utmost care, always choosing the most appropriate term and ensuring that the translation is accurate, clear and easy to follow, you can get in touch with me at d.llorente@spanishtechnicaltranslations.com.
