Introducing Fos Translations, a translation agency specialising in optics
In June I visited Laser World of Photonics, the international trade fair for optical components and laser equipment.
I like this fair in particular as I usually come across former colleagues from my ‘previous’ life as an engineer. The optics sector is also one of my favourites in technical terms, so it’s not surprising really that I chose it as my specialisation in my Physics degree.
However, this year I had another objective – to present my new translation agency, Fos Translations, which specialises in optics: laser equipment, visual inspection, optical instruments and telecommunications. Because of my sound knowledge of these areas I regularly provide English to Spanish translations. Now, with Fos Translations, my collaboration with other excellent translators allows me to offer other language combinations in addition to my own.
